Founder Bio

Natlia Ronceria Ceballos

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Natalia has lived and worked throughout the U.S. and internationally. Coming from a diverse family of artists and entrepreneurs, she has always known the importance of hard work, creativity, giving back, and having a passion for ones work. With more than 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector her belief in creating positive change locally, nationally, and globally is her fuel! Some key stats for Natalia:

  • Received a B.A. in Communication & Culture from Clark University
  • Received an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business
  • 2014 recipient of Univision Radio – Phoenix & Valle del Sol’s 40 Under 40 Hispanic Leaders Award
  • 2015 recipient of the Sparxx Fly “Pillar of Strength” Award
